Cancellation and Late Policy

1. Deposit policy:

All first-time customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30 CAD at the time of booking. The 30 CAD will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment at checkout. If the business must cancel an appointment , the full deposit will be refunded to the customer.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling policy :

To cancel an appointment and receive a full refund of the deposit, customers must provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 30 CAD deposit. Customers wishing to reschedule their appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of 30 CAD deposit. If you wish to reschedule and it is less than 24 hours before the appointment, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to attend the appointment without prior notice or contact, the full amount of the appointment will be charged. Customers marked as a no-show for their first appointment will be required to pay the full amount again if they wish to book another appointment in the future.
